While some of the swelling will subside I feel this is due to inadequate rasping of the nasal bone. More than likely you will need revision at some time in the future.

It is difficult to comment without looking at your photo. Rippling could be due to a number of reasons. You should discuss it with your surgeon. But this is too soon to re-operate.

You are only 2 weeks post op and should allow the implants to settle and the swelling to subside. In addition, it is not the cup size rather the shape and form of the breast that is more important. Placing too big of an implant will stretch the skin and can result in stretch marks.

Thanks for the question and sorry to know that you are not happy with your results.The results depend upon the initial appearance of the breast,tissue thickness and skin quality. It is not mentioned whether the implants are positioned above or below the muscle. Results also depends upon the type of lift performed. In my personal view there is room for improvement in the shape of the breast. I recommend seeing a board certified plastic surgeon. Do not hesitate to get a second opinion.

It seems at this point, it is more likely to be the fat causing this problem. To my knowledge the only way to fix this problem is to extract some of the fat through small incisions on the underside of the lip.  Filler most likely would be resolved by now.

I have found most patients relate nipple sensation returning between 3 - 4 months. Everybody is different and some may take a little longer. It is also typical to experience hypersensitivity following the first few weeks following surgery.  In general , 4 months post op seems to be the average time patients feel themselves again and most post op issues are resolved.

The scar appears to be healing well. There is no evidence of infection and the there is no separation of the edges.
Best option for stress incontinence. Would Geneveve Treatment/Viveve work for me?

Thanks for your question. I think you will really benefit form Viveve treatment. It is the only device that has been used for feminine rejuvenation in many countries. It also the only device approved by FDA for studying the effects on stress incontinence.The treatment last for 35 minutes and is very comfortable for the patients. You can resume normal activities after the treatment. You will see improvements in the symptoms in a few week.

Most plastic surgeons will slightly overfill as not all the fat survives or "takes".  You may also still have some post op swelling present. It takes a few months to determine the end result or how much fat truly survived.  I would wait  a couple months before deciding on any further procedures. You may be happy with the result.

If   you are only 5 weeks post op, it is still very reasonable to have breast irregularities, as in one still being larger, one having more soreness, may only relate to one side retaining post surgical edema longer. Having said that I would schedule a post op appointment at this time and have the surgeon address your concerns personally. You can than have him explain why he chose the particular size for you as  there is a criteria he has to follow also ensure a safe augmentation.

Though the images are not enough for thorough evaluation it appears that a vertical scar might be sufficient to achieve a nice contour without minimal scars. However a small horizontal scar might be necessary. Final decision should  be made after discussion with your plastic surgeon.

There are a few options available which range from a lolly pop scar to anchor scar. Sometimes an inverted L is also a probability. Final decision is made after an in person examination and I highly recommend consulting a board certified plastic surgeon.

Thanks for the question. The brachioplasty surgery, usually leaves prolonged scar on back of your upper arms from an underarm area toward your elbow. It heals pretty well, and in most cases, is hardly seen. Without the scar, this surgical procedure cannot be done. In your case, from the pictures, its possible that your scar can be shorter, but without one on one evaluation, it's hard to say.  In my practice this surgery is outpatient, done under full anesthesia. The results from your surgery look wonderful! Although, from the angle the picture is taken is hard to see asymmetry. It's not unusual, if the patient had an original asymmetry, it's to be present still after the surgery. So, in your case, it depends on how much it bothers you. If you feel that the difference in sizes/forms is significant than you should address this issue with you surgical provider. In any scenario, it would be wise to wait a few more month...
