Thanks for your questions and pics. Though your cleavage is a bit wide, I believe that you would not be at risk of your breast being too far apart for pushing your nipples out to far. Whether a dual-plane (some muscle) or subglandular (no muscle) augmentation should give you nice, natural results.

Good question. The answer lies somewhere in the mix if what your breast base width is, how much upper breast and overall breast fullness you want. The volumes you’ve listed are very close to one another and wouldn’t make a big difference. The dimensions, however, would be different and that would be helpful to further guide you. Best of luck.

You seem to have some mild constriction of the left breast, have volume differences and your nipple and areola are a bit low on your breasts. To improve your symmetry and shape, I believe that you would need either implants or fat-grafting to improve the volume issues and a lift to re-position the nipple and areola on...

When staging these two procedure, it is best to have the BBL first so that the fat in the tissue that would be removed during a tummy tuck could be used for the BBL. Meaning if you did the TT first, then you would have less fat available for your BBL surgery. Best of luck.
