Thank you for your question. The size implant you are interested in will impact my answer to this question. Adding a 200cc implant will be quite different then adding a 400cc implant to your breast. By adding a larger implant, or a higher profile you will get more upward rotation of your nipple. Also performing more of a dual plane augmentation technique can allow the nipple to be released/raised forward. So be sure to discuss these three issues...

Hello! A breast lift and implant can be placed at the same time safely. The larger the implant, the higher the risk of complications, but it can be done safely in one stage in a non-smoker. Thank you for your question. If you do not have stretch marks, your skin can contract to some extent after liposuction. However, if you have a "fold" of skin it is much less likely that this will disappear after liposuction. The skin pinch or thickness of the area can be reduced, but the fold would likely still be there after liposuction. Depending on how much excess skin, and if the excess is below the belly button you might be able to have a "mini" tummy...

HP silicone are much more natural in shape than HP saline. (This is because a saline implant is narrower in diameter and is more of an "m'n'm" and a silicone implant is more of a gum drop.) That is why this question can be so tricky!
The volume range you are interested in is still very reasonable for your size. This helps to keep you from looking too fake.

If you buy a 32D bra and bring it to your consultation you may be pleasantly surprised that you don't need much more than 400cc to fill it out. We are able to bring the nipples into a higher and more appropriate position as well as reduce the skin and tissue to greatly reduce back, neck, and shoulder pain. There should not be separate charges for the reduction and the lift - the lift comes as part of the reduction!

Losing 10-15 pounds can help to expose the loose skin that needs to be removed. No crash diets - but instead healthy lifestyle changes to get you ready for surgery!

In general acrylic nails do not need to be removed for surgery. However, if you are planning ahead please know that darker colors make it more difficult to read your oxygen levels during surgery. So if you can - choose a light color before surgery!

It is important to use actual implants to try on before picking a size. Photo simulations are helpful but nothing can beat bringing a soft "full c cup" bra to your consultation and taking the time to try on the different implants. In a thinner patient it can take less volume than you think to achieve the results desired. Also it is important to consider the difference between the Style 20 and the newer Inspira line that has slightly less rippling.

This is a great question- as long as you keep your design outside the curve of your breast it should be minimally affected by stretch. If you want to make sure it is more visible in the future then keep it to the side of your rib cage and not in the shadow of the breast.

Thank you for your question! It is very hard to know if you have encapsulation without a physical exam. Firmness and pain can be an indication of capsular contracture, but sometimes the difference in firmness between the two breasts can be from the amount of muscle release.
