Teeth clenching (bruxism) is often caused by your bite being incorrect. Invisalign does work for those who clench their teeth, but more attention has to be paid by the doctor. Sometimes bruxism can be improved by aligning your teeth. Botox for jaw muscles also help bruxism in certain cases. You will most likely need a night guard to protect your teeth after Invisalign. Make sure you find a qualified doctor that treats teeth, jaw joints, and muscles together.
My teeth are damaged due to lupus. I will need something to replace my four front teeth immediately.

I am sorry you are going through this. One of the symptoms of Lupus is dry mouth, which means not enough saliva to protect the teeth from cavities. It is extremely important to start a preventive protocol. Biotin dry mouth rinse, xylitol gum or mints, as well as prescription dry mouth medication/rinse/toothpaste.
