Thank you for your question.   It will be necessary to know more about your case.  If one breast is rounder and sits lower, it suggests that the implant has dropped more into a soft, compliant pocket.  The higher and flatter breast may have some pocket restriction based on scar tissue.  If your outcome bothers you, I would express this to your doctor and see if massage may be helpful (only if you have smooth implants).   Best wishes!

Thank you for your question regarding working-out after liposuction.    First, it is unusual to develop a seroma after lipo.   I have been doing lipo for over 25 years and not seen this often.  Your doctor did the right thing by aspirating the fluid, and the fact that the fluid has not returned is great.  I would suggest following all the recommendations since your case is different than most.  My patients usually start exercise after the third week.    Best wishes!

Thank you for your question.  Planning your procedure is best done with your doctor at which time, the implant type, dimensions, size, and expected outcome can be reviewed.  This is a lengthy and important step to becoming a happy breast augmentation patient!    In general, the size you are describing is in a reasonable range for your body frame, but physical examination will be needed to see how your  breast shape, skin quality and nipple position will effect your outcome.   Best wishes!

It will be important to be evaluated by your doctor to see if you have a fluid/blood accumulation around your implant or if you are developing a rapid capsular contracture.  Inflammatory changes or fluid accumulation can make one breast very different from the other breast rapidly and can be treated.  I would suggest a follow-up visit to answer your question and see what can be done to improve your early healing.   Best wishes!
