The reduction of the areola can be performed with a periareolar incision and can be done at the same time as an augmentation. You are correct that even if the areolas are minimized it is possible they can still stretch with the insertion of a large implant. Please make sure to discuss this with your board certified plastic surgeon.

Thank you for the question. Breast augmentation is certainly an option for you. This procedure may be advantageous for you if your breasts are asymmetrical from removal of the cysts. Any scar tissue may be divided to make place for the implants. It would be advisable to have a baseline mammogram prior to your augmentation.

Thank you for your question.  It appears you are asking about a fat transfer.  In a thin person even small amounts of fat can be harvested  from locations such as the inner thighs, back, buttocks. This is still a surgical procedure. Hello, As your hand and forearm can swell after brachioplasty, I recommend to avoid any possible complications, waiting until the cast is removed before having surgery on your upper arm.  For same reason (post op swelling) we always recommend the removal of rings and bracelets from fingers and wrists prior to surgery. Please consult with your plastic and orthopedic surgeon.

Hello, thank you for the question.  The surgery could be performed under local but because of the extensive nature of the surgery, a large amount of local anesthesia would be required to control the pain. The concern is that high levels of local anesthesia may reach toxic levels and this would endanger your health.Optimal results are best obtained through sedation.

Thank you for the question. Each surgeon has their own protocol regarding post operative activity following breast augmentation. I recommend that my patients do no heavy lifting during first week and then increase their activities over the next two weeks. Skiing presents a risk of falling and this could result in healing problems within the early stages of recovery. My recommendation is to speak to your board certified plastic surgeon.

Thank you for your question and photos. Both procedures can be done at the same time. The start and end time of each of the procedures should be documented so the insurance company and only your insurance carrier should only billed for the portion of the surgery which is covered. This would also include fees for anesthesia and facility fees for the operating room
