Answer Snippet
What kind of breast lift would be best for me?
Breast lift options
Nov 1, 2021
If you are happy with your size , then a full mastopexy would be indicated. If you prefer more volume, then an implant with a vertical mastopexy would also be great. Ross Bunch MD
Top right breast cleavage dent not the same, one year post implant exchange. How can I fix this? (Pho
Breast dent
Nov 1, 2021
It appears that there is an indentation in the left breast likely from release of the pectoralis muscle medically to a higher level than usual. This dimple would probably be best fixed however with a smaller amount of micro fat grafting. Can be done under local anesthesia in the office Ross Bunch MD
Can my nose be fixed post 1st rhinoplasty?
Revision possible
Nov 1, 2021
It looks from the limited photos that delicate osteotomies to move the nasal bones inward would be needed to narrow the base of your nose. Further exam would be required. Ross BunchMD
Can I get a Brazilian Butt Lift done?
Yes you are a good candidate
Nov 1, 2021
Many patients want a BBL but don’t have the best soft tissue structure for it. You would have a great result and have the distribution of fat to harvest that would lend to enhancing the form to the buttock. (Liposuctioning the upper hips and outer thighs will define the butt very well). Ross Bunch MD
Can another facelift/necklift revision fix this sagging?
Yes it can be fixed.
Nov 1, 2021
It appears the draping of the skin is an issue and would require a touch up neck lift. This is quite easy to improve on.
What happened to my nose? Advice?
Couple of options
Nov 1, 2021
It appears you sustained some late changes mainly for caudal septal cartilage deviation thereby twisting the tip some. While an open rhinoplasty would be in order to totally fix this problem, there are some minor surgery options which may benefit you significantly.
Can all of these procedures be done all at once in a Mommy makeover?
Mommy makeover
Nov 1, 2021
Depending on your health, most if not all of these procedures can be performed safely at one time. I would of course need pics and a clinic visit, but most likely would get a great result with the combined procedure.
What's a better combo to achieve my goals: breast augmentation with 180 HD lipo or breast augmentatio
Several options.
Nov 1, 2021
You have a great figure for achieving your goals. Without a clear evaluation of your breasts, and from what I can tell, it appears that you may require a small lift with breast implants, but is possible you may do well with implants alone. If you firmly believe you may want a BBL, I would not waste any fat to liposuction alone now . Performing a breast augmentation with Lipo and BBL all together would be safe and not difficult to perform. Ross Bunch MD
Would a lower transconjunctival blepharoplasty Eyelid Surgery help me?
Yes
Nov 1, 2021
You are a good candidate for a transconjuctival bleph. Some of the fat could be transposed to the malar fat pad area for a smoother finish
I've had 3 c-sections, I’m hypertensive at 38 years old - Can I have a tummy tuck?
Sure
Nov 1, 2021
With a proper medical work up, and without any significant medical problems, a full abdominoplasty can safely be performed achieving an excellent result.
I have a squishy nose. What could this be? Can it be fixed?
Yes it can be fixed
Nov 1, 2021
An open approach rhinoplasty with cartilage strut grafts and alar(tip) reduction would narrow the tip some while affording significant support to the tip
Concern about open roof deformity - advice?
Not bad result
Nov 1, 2021
Truly this is not a bad result, and it honestly takes 9-12 months to see final changes in the nasal tissue before making any changes. Wait this out a while longer. In the meantime a filler could be used on the dorsum to correct the problem.
Can the nasal base be vertically shortened to increase upper lip space?
Maybe so.
Nov 1, 2021
I would need to see your nasal photographs. But the columella could definitely be lifted and the nasal sill and ala relationship to the upper lip would definitely have to be evaluated before answering
Crooked nose after rhinoplasty - advice?
Can be fixed
Nov 1, 2021
This would require a hands on evaluation. However looking just at the pics, This could be fixed probably non-operatively with a hyaluronic acid filler which would require treatment yearly. Operatively, the procedure would be minor compared to the previous surgery, but would require at least sedation.
Confused after two consultations for tuberous breasts. Do I need periareolar or lollipop?
Depends if implants are used
Nov 1, 2021
Basically a lift is needed regardless of whether a breast implant is used. A periareolar or donut mastopexy with implants can give an excellent result. If no implant is used, then absolutely the least you will need is a vertical lift. Ross Bunch MD
