Every surgeon and anesthesiologist will have their own surgical protocol they develop. Therefore nobody here can tell you whether you will need to stop or not when having surgery with someone outside of their practice. That said, my personal protocol is to stop all medications 2 weeks prior to surgery as to not interfere with the administering of your general anesthesia.

Yes, you still could have surgery, even with a history of PE. We would take specific precautions to minimize the risk including medication, where we operated, and post operative care. I would also vehemently disagree with anyone suggesting smoking after surgery is appropriate, it will inhibit your body’s recovery process.

The determination for this will fall on your surgeon and your anesthesiologist. There is not universal agreement on what should or should not disqualify someone from surgery.

Yes, an implant without a lift could be an option for you. The results may not be what you are expecting and in your case, if you presented asking what I thought was best, I would suggest a mastopexy/aug. It may be best for you to find some photos of the breasts you are hoping for and asking your surgeon of choice if that would be possible.

This is going to depend on both the physician and the facility. Some surgeons are very strict while others are less cautious. The same can be said on facility. I would call and ask your preferred office ahead of time, this is something a basic receptionist can likely answer for you.

There is no set agreed upon timeframe. I suggest waiting 72 hours but that is more for sutures and lifting than because of the airplane itself.
My bigger concern for you is not the 1.5 hours on the flight but developing a post-operative complication while being too far to come for a quick follow up. I hope you have lined up adequate follow-up care wherever it is you are leaving to.

While the implant will not change from child birth, the breast tissue and skin around it can. Sometimes it results in a more natural look that women actually prefer. Sometimes it results in a result they do not necessarily appreciate including more sagging or separation. That is not easily predicted. But you definitely can experience changes in the appearance.

I’m sorry but I (and my CEO) are unaware of any insurance, much less Medicaid, covering cosmetic surgery revisions as a result of dissatisfaction. I sympathize with you but this is something you will likely need to pursue on a cash pay basis.

You could definitely proceed with having an aug without a lift if you wanted. I think a better question would be what type of results are you hoping for? A lift may be necessary to achieve the look that you are seeking, but we can’t tell without knowing.
If you were a patient coming in without any expectations I would personally suggest a mastopexy/aug.

50CC’s is about 3 tablespoons difference. In all honestly, switching down to a 400CC implant is not going to provide you much of a difference. If you feel that you are too big you are probably going to be guided down to 350CC or 300CC.
Revision policy’s are going to vary surgeon and office. For me, happy patients are most important so I would offer a discounted revision whether it was my fault or the patient simply chose a size they’re not happy with.

Every physician is going to be different in what they suggest and require of their patients pre-operatively. This will be dictated by their experiences/preferences and in conjunction with the anesthesiologists they plan to use. Individual state medical boards offer guidelines on top of our society’s that provide recommendations. There are not specific legal requirements for pre-operative tests.

Breast Asymmetry can be addressed with liposuction. It is hard to tell whether it would be a good option for you without a physical exam. For a girl of your build it is more likely to be breast tissue which is not what you want to liposuction. If prominent scarring is what you’re trying to avoid I would suggest a small aug where two sized implants are used create the symmetry you’re looking for.
