You would add fullness and more volume to the top part of your breast without adding implants by having fat transfer to your breast instead. Thank you for your questionThe breast tissue that I cut off during a breast reduction will not grow back. However the tissue that remains does have the ability to grow. If you’re asking whether or not you can get one breast reduction and later on need another one, the answer is yes.

Thank you for your question.As far as a breast reduction and the swelling I would say about three weeks the breast will be swollen. I usually tell people no heavy lifting for the first few weeks. Also, no driving until after you’ve taken all of your painkillers, which is usually after the first or second week.
