You have a significant asymmetry and I can see why you are concerned about it. Your left breast has a nice shape and size. I would simply reduce the right breast to match the left. Your right is large enough that most insurances would actually pay for the surgery. It seems that you have a couple of issues that contribute to your breast shape. Your pocket seems laterally displaced, especially on the right. You lost some of your native breast volume due to childbearing and breast feeding. You will likely need an implant exchange and the lateral capsule sutured closed. Both can be done in a very straight forward procedure.

When the umbilicus is “floated”, one advantage is that it allows the surgeon to tighten the upper abdominal muscle separation. That hasn’t been done. Lowering of the umbilicus can minimally remove some excess upper abdominal skin. I think that you have too much extra skin to be able to avoid doing a skin excision procedure. The way that I do the procedure does hide the scar reasonably well without clothes and, of course, the arm shape looks better both in and out of sleeves.

It is difficult to answer your question without seeing exactly what you are talking about. A photograph would be helpful or, since you are reasonably close to me, an in person consult would be ideal. In general, if too much skin is removed from the upper eyelid, the eye will not close completely and this will be especially noticeable when you sleep, as the eyelid will remain open. You definitely have some tuberous breast features. The best way to treat your droopiness and enlarged areolas is to perform a mastopexy or breast lift. Your nose can definitely be narrowed. The procedure will narrow the base and make your nostrils more oval and less round. The nasal bridge can also be narrowed so that your glasses fit more  comfortably. The procedure required to narrow the base and nostrils requires a scar at the lateral portion of the nostrils, where they meet the lip. It is very important that your surgeon has experience with doing this procedure so that they can hide this scar.

I think that your brows look great and would not suggest that you have any surgery to change them.  I think that the possible benefits of modest improvement are out weighed by the likelihood that you will have unnatural looking results.

Your brows are already in a high postion and you don't need a brow lift.  If you are concerned  about your "high" forehead and the fact that your hairline is too high, you could have a "reverse" procedure done where you remove the upper part of your forehead skin and advance the scalp skin forward. This will not lift your brows but will leave a scar at your hairline.

The sub-columellar skin can be removed through an internal nasal incision at the same time as the excess caudal septal skin is removed. When you discuss this with your surgeon, you need to specifically tell them what you want the end results that you are seeking look like. Your philtrum is indeed short. It can be made longer by removing the lower part of your nasal septum and then opening the space between the columellar portions of the lower lateral cartilages, lifting them and then sewing them into a higher position on the septum. All of that would be done under a procedure referred to as a tip rhinoplasty.
