Predicting sizes after ANY breast surgery is very difficult, as everyone has a different idea of what they consider to be a C or a D etc. I've seen patients with 500 cc implants call themselves a "C". You definitely need skin excision all the way around, but possibly not the additional vertical incision, because you have more of a "pear" shape. When you have a narrow waist, pulling down the skin from the relatively narrow region down to a wider region (above your hips), often doesn't need the extra excision. If you were more "apple" shaped or had a relatively large waist compared to your hips you would have a much greater chance for needing the fleur di lis!
