The implants you have indicated are very similar. There is a slight difference in projection that probably isn't going to make a major difference in appearance. I would say that in general, I prefer full (#1) or moderate (#2) style implants to Extra full (#3). I think the geometry of these styles works well with most women's bodies.

Revision breast surgery is by definition more complex than primary surgery. As always, would recommend a board-certified plastic surgeon evaluate you.

Based on your post, I think your PS has outlined a safe appropriate and conservative plan. smaller implants and conversion to silicone will decrease the risk of repeat bottoming out. you could potentially add some upper pole fat grafting to help give you the fullness you are looking for. As always, consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon is the most important thing. Based on your photos, you do have a short nipple to fold distance. a 300 cc implant is likely a reasonable size and the amount of lowering that needs to happen is likely pretty small. if you were seeking a much larger augmentation (>450-500cc) and the fold had to be significantly lowered you can run into issues with implant malposition and a bottomed out appearance.

I agree with the other posters. Fat grafting for cosmetic augmentation is becoming more popular and is a way to attain a modest augmentation and some upper pole fullness that may have been lost. Depending on how much loose skin you have, you may still need a lift to get a more youthful shape and reposition the nipple. You should see consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon.

The appearance of the fluid is normal. The yellow fluid you see is called serous fluid. You can think about it kind of like the part of blood that isn't make of red cells. This is the same fluid you may have seen if you had a rug burn when you were a kid.
It is also common to have a little residual blood staining in the fluid that can give a mild pink tone. You should, of course, follow up with your surgeon but this appears to be normal.

There are a ton of options out there for scar treatments. I'm not a big fan of creams in areas of skin folds as I feel that can lead to excess moisture or can stain clothing. I'm a really big fan of silicone sheeting. silagen is great or for a cheaper version you can check out scar away. silicone sheeting is cheap, effective, and can be cleansed with soap and water dried and re-used. for it to work, you need to wear it at least 10 hours a day for 8-12 weeks.

I would suggest you get an in-person consultation from a plastic surgeon or dermatologist. I'm sure the pictures don't actually show the true extent of the scarring, as they do not seem too terrible. if you only recently stopped picking, it can be a year or more before scars fade.
