Thanks for posting. In person consultation is the best way to know for sure. You appear to be quite thin. Unless you have more fat on your hips and flanks that is not pictured, it's not likely going to be enough. With that said, I have done successful BBL with folks who have less fat, if expectations are more about body shaping than significantly enlarging the buttocks. See and ABPS certified ASAPS member plastic surgeon in your area to discuss all buttock enhancement options available to you.

Hi there, yes it is possible to need a tummy tuck without history of pregnancy. Weight changes or excess skin can be present for just about anyone. You appear to be a great candidate for a combination of liposuction and tummy tuck to shape your midsection. A bit of weight loss before surgery would make your outcome even better. You appear to be a very good candidate for the procedure. Your breasts are naturally set somewhat low on your chest, and you do have naturally wide cleavage. These are normal variations in your body type that many women have. You would have a very nice shape and volume improvement with breast augmentation. I have not performed this procedure, but I personally would not offer it to my patients until there has been FDA approval of those products in that combination for use in buttock enhancement. The bottom line is, the safety and efficacy of that combination of products is truly unknown. Your own living fat has the best possible safety profile and best retention for buttock enhancement, especially when performed by an ABPS certified, ASAPS member plastic surgeon.

Your breast tissue needs be tightened and lifted more, and your nipples should be a bit higher on your breasts. A redo of your breast lift, likely keeping your same implants, would be the solution for this.

Hi thanks for posting. It appears one of your implants has ruptured, based on the photos. Your implants may also be moving out of position, which can be corrected at the time of implant replacement. Your options include implant replacement, implant removal, or implant replacement with a breast lift. See and American Board of Plastic Surgery certified surgeon who can review your options with you.

At this point, the best and most predictable breast lifts can be achieved only with surgery. There are some devices that advertise skin tightening, but the results are fairly minimal. At this point, the technology probably isn't powerful enough to lift the breasts enough to be effective. Best to consult in person with an American Board of Plastic Surgery certified surgeon who can discuss with you your options for best results.

Capsular contracture is a possible complication where scar tissue forms around a breast implant, causing deformity or pain. Most commonly the treatment is removal of the capsule and either removal or replacement of the implant. This problem cannot happen when there is no implant in place. If the whole capsule or the majority of the capsule was removed, you should not have any issues related to your previous implants.

Liposuction and coolsculpting are both ways of removing fat from areas of the body. Tummy is a common site for fat removal treatments. When there is loose skin as in your picture, theses treatments are not as helpful. Tummy tuck appears to be a great solution for you, because excess skin can be removed, and your abdominal wall will be made flatter.

When staging liposuction and BBL and also tummy tuck, I generally recommend doing the liposuction and BBL first. Addressing loose skin with tummy tuck is best done after any liposuction, since your skin would no doubt  be more loose after abdominal liposuction. Additionally, BBL with abdominal liposuction can be done at the same time as tummy tuck for some patients. See an ASAPS member plastic surgeon with experience with combining these procedures.
