HiThanks for your question.If you had a C-section 3 months ago then you likely are not yet back to your stable pre-pregnancy weight. You may wait till about 6 months after to achieve this.A fat transfer is a great procedure for a butt lift. The evaluation does need to be in person - please see a board-certified PS in your area for this.I hope this helps.

HiThanks for the question and pictures.With the size of implants you have and knowing you had very little breast tissue I would review your reasons for explantation before committing to it - you likely have even less tissue now so your breasts would be smaller than you were prior to the augmentation.If you do decide to undergo explantation a breast lift would help rejuvenate the breasts though would not add volume to the breasts. Another option for augmentation without implants would be fat...

HiThanks for your question and photo. I'm sorry you're having this issue - sounds like capsular contracture.With the size of implants you have you likely have even less breast tissue than you had before the breast augmentation. You will likely therefore require a lift after explantation - more than likely a circumvertical (lollipop) of Wise pattern (anchor) incision will be required. Please see a board-certified PS to discuss these options.I hope this helps....

Hi DunkindoThanks for your question.The anecdotal answer is No - saline implants are not toxic. The majority of saline implants are smooth implants and the implant shell though made of Silicone usually is sturdy, durable and non-toxic. HiThanks for your photos and question.It's dealer's choice as to staging the procedures or not but may be approached either way. It's probably more efficient in one stage so additional fat can be harvested from the pannus excised during the tummy tuck.Either way pls use a board-certified Plastic Surgeon and remember, safety first.I hope this helps.

HiThanks for your question.....It appears you have a mismatch between the breast pocket and the implant. Such a mismatch is particularly a problem with shaped implants but not so much with round implants as implant rotation would cause an abnormal breast shape in the former but not the latter.The problem may be addressed either by modifying the pocket with sutures (typically permanent) or upsizing to a larger implant. Your PS should discuss these options with you before you commit to one.I h...

HiThanks for your question and photos.Please see a board-certified PS for an in-person examination. It is possible your muscle may not have been fully released which could be responsible for the lower pole constriction. Releasing this may improve the aesthetics of the breast though it may not fully address the animation deformity. Switching the implant to over the muscle with your body frame would be a last resort because of implant visibility and contracture concerns.I hope this helps.........

Hi!Thanks for your question and photo.U can get a feel for the added volume effect by placing a total of 200ccs of Mentor implant sizers while wearing a sports bra. With that rough idea u and ur PS can then decide which implant base width and projection (compared to the dimensions of your current implants) that would improve your result.I hope this helps.....

So pls talk to your surgeon about specific expectations from your surgery.In general there may be a residual contour deformity after you have healed. This may be addressed by fat grafting if you are a candidate.I hope this helps.....
