You can easily undergo both surgeries at the same time with an experienced plastic surgeon. Make sure you see pictures of both procedures and don’t be fooled by only a profile photo of the nose. That’s the easiest one to look good. With your breast lift make sure your surgeon does the lollipop technique. You don’t need that bottom scar and it will restrict what type of clothing you can wear. Good luck.

You need grafts placed along the lower part of your nose called lateral crural strut grafts. It will improve your breathing and it will look better. I wouldn’t return to your original surgeon. Seek someone out with experience in secondary rhinoplasty.

You are not a candidate for a mini abdomenoplasty . You need to reshape your torso to give a more feminine appearance . The best type of tummy tuck for this is the high lateral tension abdomenoplasty . You can get rid of bra rolls and tighten inner and outer thighs all with the abdomenoplasty incision. You can also have lipo of any of these areas for shaping if you need it. If you are shopping make sure you see a lot of photos of their work including all views even from behind ….

Your problem is very common. If you have saline implants your dr can remove the fluid on the day of surgery with a needle. This makes it easier to mark the lift you can also see what 500 cc looks like before the surgery. If your surgeon doesn't do this. Find another.

Results for a tummy tuck can vary widely depending on who does your surgery and what technique . I suggest for you to have an extended abdominalplasty using a high lateral tension technique . Almost all surgeons tighten the rectus muscles but you can also tighten external oblique muscles to add to hour glass shape . Typically some lipo is also done to further shape the result. Make sure you look at a lot of photos by the surgeon you are considering….
