460cc may be appropriate for you, but this is a fairly large implant and would probably affect running or other endurance athletics significantly. I would use several visits and sizing systems in office to assess the best size for you. A board-certified plastic surgeon can consider issues such as your athletic activities and help take this into account as well.

Based on the time after surgery and the photo, you may have an early capsular contracture. To diagnose this, you need an examination with a plastic surgeon in person. Sometimes, if this is mild, it is best not to re-operate, but this is something to discuss carefully in person.

Removal of implants sometimes leads to temporary or permanent excess skin and breast tissues. It is hard to predict what this will look like exactly. In general, implants can be replaced again if you change your mind. Best of luck with your decision. Breast Augmentation and smoking can pose some additional risks. With smoking, the skin has a blood supply that is less robust. Making skin tighter is generally a little more dangerous with smoking. Placing an implant alone without a breast lift is usually safe with smoking, but I would check with your surgeon.

Breast implants (alone) would not tighten or re-position the breasts, and would potentially exacerbate the effects of gravity over time.
