I would suspect you would though need the ” anchor type scar” to achieve the revision result you desire.
i do think all will depend on a full examination and from there a surgical plan can be made

A breast reduction can be used to decrease the breast size to the patients desired result, and if that means DD cup to A cup , then that is possible
The key i think is that if you are “top heavy” then you need to consider a reduction that achieves your goals but does not render you “bottom heavy” by going too far.
