I don't blame you for not wanting to post photos. It seems standards of personal privacy are gone today. In any case you may have a breast reduction which lifts you as well, it's typically a 3 hour procedure under general or IV sedation. A medical clearance by your cardiologist or internist is necessary prior to surgery to ensure that your medical condition is stable for the surgery. I encourage you to look into it as most women are very happy with the results of this operation.

An in person consultation is necessary to accurately assess your situation but you may be a good candidate for fat transfer instead of an implant. Fat transfer involves liposuction of excess fat from unwanted areas and transfer to the breasts. At least partial correction of your asymmetry can be accomplished as well. An actual consult with your plastic surgeon is necessary but this is just an option to consider.

Hyaluronic acids fillers can help fill in depressions and wrinkling to improve symmetry but it won't help your facial nerve recover. After 3 years you can not expect your facial nerve to recover. You improve your symmetry by exercises which take advantage of any motion you have preserved. Botox is also helpful to improve symmetry by reducing spasm and hyperactivity. A surgeon who has an interest in facial nerve problems will be very helpful to you.

Your breast wound is serious but advice regarding wound care can not be made without a little more information. The date of your surgery, presence of an implant and the type of sutures used in the closure are important factors. For example, a permanent suture material in the periareolar closure would likely require removal before the wound will heal. I suggest that you discuss referral to a wound care center with your surgeon.

Your complaint of a flat shape may be due less to the shape of the implant than the location of the implant under the pectoral is muscle. The unnatural fullness of the breast seen best on the lateral view is due to the implant pushing out the pectoral is muscle, just like a body builder with a thick pectoral is muscle. To achieve a better shape I suggest that you discuss placement of the new silicone implants over the muscle. This will allow the implant to project your breast...

You do look as though you'd benefit from a revision, but I think a wedge excision is the wrong approach. You should discuss the technique in detail with your surgeon and perhaps have another opinion before any revision.

A breast lift will help you a lot and has the advantage of using your existing scars. The side breast can be repositioned centrally or reduced with liposuction. The upper pole fullness can be improved with an implant but I usually recommend fat grafting in cases like yours since it avoids the issues associated with implants.

Unfortunately you have a significant process of the abdominal flap. The necrotic or nonliving tissue must be debrided or removed either with regular dressing changes or surgical debridement. Once the nonliving tissue is gone the remaining open wound can be closed with surgery or allowed to close naturally. You are a good candidate for an augmentation with either in the implant or even possibly fat grafting. In general your breast will return to their pre-surgical shape after an implant is removed but this may not be true if you encounter serious complications such as an infection or your implant is large enough. Given your hesitancy I'd suggest another visit to your surgeon to answer your questions and a little soul searching.
