Thanks for your question! While I know you said you have undergone similar surgeries in the past, it is true that your body may react differently each time. You may still be excessively swollen, and I would give yourself a few months in order to monitor any changes as you continue to heal. I would also contact your surgeon and indicate your concerns so that they may also monitor the results and schedule a Revision if necessary.
I’m getting a lift and implants. I go in Friday at 7 am Friday and have to be back in class by Mon

Great question! I recommend my patients to wait at least 5 days before driving or going back to work. However, it is possible that you will be able to tolerate sitting in class. I would suggest having someone to drive you to reduce the amount of movement of your arms and chest. The biggest concern is allowing those incisions to heal, and making sure that you don't further traumatize the area as you are healing. If you are careful, and do not push yourself too far this shouldn't be a problem.

It is normal that after an Abdominoplasty to notice persistent swelling 3-6mos after the procedure. Your body needs to take time in order to completely heal from such a big surgery, and it may take up to a year to see the final results. I would suggest waiting this amount of time, and if you are still unhappy with your results then you can seek out further consultation on this matter. Trying to undergo another procedure too soon will only further traumatize the area and extend your healing...

It does not appear that you need very much, if any, reduction of the nasal dorsum except, perhaps, at the nasal tip area. It would be best to wait 6mos or more for the final appearance before considering any secondary revision.

Your photo shows that you have too much intra-abdominal distension to get a flat stomach appearance with a Tummy Tuck. The fullness of the abdomen could not be fully improved and corrected unless you lose the intra-abdominal distension. The total amount of weight loss recommended would be around 30-50lbs to be an ideal candidate for this procedure.
I need the nose straightened, tip thinned and length reduced. Is this a big job?

In all probability you do not have enough fat for  a BBL. In general it requires at least 300 cc's  and usually more of fat to be transferred to each buttock to have a significant result. Buttock implants and gaining weight are options.

Your photos show some asymmetry of the position of the lower breast pockets that is resulting in the some indentation of the lower inner right breast and elevation of the left breast with the nipple pointing down.Correction would be to open the lower breast pockets , more on the left breast and reposition the implants.  An MRI would not be indicated.
