For abdominoplasty or tummy tuck procedure you will be down about 2 weeks depending on the type of work you do. Office work, with no heavy lifting should be able to resume after 2 weeks. Although you may still have drain tubes in place.

Don’t freak out. See your plastic surgeon whenever it is convenient. It could be a small stitch abscess, it could be a part of normal healing, fluid collection, etc.

You sound as if you are a good candidate for breast reduction even though you are very young. You will need parental consent, and you also need to realize that you are not completely developed and might need another reduction procedure in the future.

Yes, they can be removed. The skin might need to be incised, depending on how deep the suture is. However, it does need to be removed as it is protruding from your skin.

I always do a muscle (fascia) repair during a tummy tuck. That is what you need now, although your pooch isn’t that bad. If it bothers you, have it done.

I don’t blame you for hating the permanent suture. That is why I don’t do the procedure. I would remove the suture, and, if you are not happy with your areolae, excise the scars.

I think a moderate profile implant would be ideal for you. As for size, just make sure your plastic surgeon understands your goals and desires. As for manufacturer, let him/her decide that as well.
