I recommend that you undergo a breast augmentation and mastopexy at the same time. You pictures show ptotic (sagging) asymmetric breasts and you can definitely benefit from a breast lift. If one breast is slightly bigger than the other, some breast tissue can be removed from the bigger breast to make them look more even. I am sorry to disappoint you but your insurance will NOT cover a tummy tuck. A panniculectomy may be covered if you have excess skin folding over your lower abdomen which is causing persistent rash. A panniculectomy involves cutting this excess skin off. Good luck.

I wouldn’t label your breasts as “extremely” asymmetric. Most women have slight asymmetry of their breasts, therefore, the degree of asymmetry you have is actually “normal”. Your breasts are nicely rounded and are not tuberous at all. Based on the photos you have provided, the most suitable treatment for you would be an abdominoplasty (aka tummy tuck). This procedure will address the loose skin that is folding over the supra pubic crease and it also allows tightening of your abdominal wall. Don’t waste your money on “bodytite” because even if it can address the skin laxity to the same degree as a tummy tuck (I seriously doubt this), it still won’t address the laxity of your abdominal wall.
