Hello, Xeomin is a more purified form of Botox so it is slightly different. If you truly have Botox resistance, Xeomin or another neurotoxin is an option for you. We have had success using Xeomin on those who do not respond to Botox at our practice.
Can you get Lip Fillers dissolved with hyaluronidase and get a Botox ‘lip flip’ at the same time?

Hello,
I would recommend that you see your provider for a consultation regarding the amount of filler you would like dissolved from your nose. Regarding your second question, there is no contraindication to getting Botox and Hyaluronidase, the substance used to dissovle filler, at the same time.
Is Xeomin a good filler for lines around both top and bottom lips lines?

Xeomin is a neurotoxin which causes decreased muscle movement when injected into the muscles. Neurotoxins can soften the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles caused by the underlying muscle. Fillers are a gel like substance that are injected into the soft tissues of the skin to smooth lines out and replace volume loss. Both treatments can be used to address lip lines. I would recommend you consult with an aesthetic provider to determine which option is best for you.
How Long Before Spider Veins Disappear With Asclera??

Hello, Everyone responds to treatment differently. On average people treated with Asclera can expect to see improvement in 6 weeks. Many people will require 2 – 4 sessions for optimal results.
Is it common to not see any improvement three days after Xeomin?

Three days is not enough time. Xeomin can take up to 10 to 14 days before you see results. In my practice we typically do a 2 week follow up and add any additional units that may be needed at that time if there is still significant movement. I would encourage you to check in with your injector at that time.
