Typically nearly every Abdominoplasty I perform includes liposuction for contouring, especially for the transition from the front to back flank area. It's extremely rare for me to do no liposuction with the tummy tuck. The areas I would need to assess really are your flanks, the transition from the front to the back which your hands are covering in the photo. Worst case scenario your surgeon would recommend you see a Cardiologist to obtain Cardiac Clearance prior to the procedure. Of course your blood pressure and other vital signs are monitored constantly throughout the procedure. I personally feel that you would be more satisfied with your upcoming procedure if you would go ahead and proceed with doing a lift with your augmentation. It may be a more expensive but long run you will be more satisfied with your results. Best of luck.

Most of your swelling should be gone three months after chin augmentation. However it would be wise to wait three more months to see if there's any further changes. If you continue to be unhappy and feel your chin implant is too large, downsizing your implant is certainly possible. If you're not ready for surgery to either remove your implants or replace your implants the easiest solution is to deflate your left implant so at least your breast will be symmetrical.
