Hello and thank you for your question. Lipoma's are fatty tissue growths that are completely benign and treatment generally isn't necessary, but if it is bothersome, painful, or growing rapidly, I do suggest surgical removal. I would advised that you have a Plastic Surgeon or Dermatologist take a second look at it, typically after removal there shouldn't be any indentations.Hopefully this has helped you with your decision.

Thank you for your question, it is not uncommon for fat necrosis to form in the breast with in the first few week post reduction. Fat necrosis is a benign firm lump formed do to damage of fatty tissue and often tenderness can be associated with it.Typically I advise my patients to massage it daily over a couple of months to help it soften or if it becomes to bothersome it can be surgically removed. It is not uncommon for patients to have a allergic reaction to the surgical tape/glue applied to the skin post surgery, pain medications, or even from surgical garments (if you were given one). I advised my patients take a no drowsy antihistamine to help subside the itching and a hydrocortisone cream can be used ,avoid applying it to the incision or any raw areas. Have your surgeon examine the irritated area to provide you with a protocol for treating the skin irritation. Thank for your question

The amount of kybella done per treatment will be determined based off the patient needs. Typically if I have a patient with a decent about of fullness under the chin I like to start with at least 2 vials and have the return with in 6 to 8 weeks to be reevaluated.I suggest asking what protocol the doctor you selected to performing this treatment likes to follow. Currently you are very earlier in your healing stage post BBL and I suggested all of my patients to allow at least 4 to 6 weeks for swelling to settle. It is very common for patients to sometimes experience more swelling on one side verses the other causing an uneven appearance.I suggested that you reach out to your surgeon for post care directions on reducing the swelling .

Responsible drinking a few days prior to surgery is permissible by some surgeons and can be ok. I recommend that patients use their better judgement and refrain from any heavy drinking about a week prior to surgery. I would recommend losing weight to get to a BMI of below 32. Due to your excess skin, you may not be pleased with less invasive approaches to body contouring. I think that a tummy tuck paired with liposuction would give you the best result based on your photo. I recommend a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon and full examination in order to make an informed decision.

After a breast reduction, most areola sizes are made about 4cm in diameter (range from about 3.8cm to 4.2cm). Will time, gravity and the resolution of swelling, patient's may experience slight stretching of the areola which can result in a modest increase in size as things heal.
