It's absolutely best to be at or new your goal weight prior to surgery--your risks may be lower, your outcomes will be optimized, and you decrease the chance of needing revisions after your surgery. If your weight fluctuates significantly after TT you may be left with loose skin requiring additional surgery!

Sorry to hear about your problem! The fix for rippling depends on a few things--do you have saline or silicone implants (my guess is saline), are the above or below the muscle, etc. Saline and less cohesive silicone gel implants (especially in women who don't have much of their own breast tissue and/or who have subglandular implants) are more prone to rippling. Way to go mama! You look great after 4 but you certainly seem based on your photos to have a weakening of the abdominal wall and likely muscle separation -- WHICH is very common after multiple pregnancies. If you're done having kiddos and at a good place now is the time. You can consider your "upgrade" (with a lift if needed) and tummy tuck. Great question!  I typically tell my patients that most of their swelling will be improved after 4-6 weeks with some residual resolving by 3 months in most cases.  Some areas may resolve faster than others!  You can sometimes speed up the resolution of swelling by wearing your compression garment as advised by your surgeon, walking/doing light activity, avoiding salty foods, and lymphatic massage treatments.  You should certainly follow your surgeons post-operative instructions.  Good luck!

Great question!  While liposuction may be an option for you, it's probably not ideal.  You have signs in your photos of injury to the skin (stretch marks and dimpling), which indicates that if you do large volume liposuction you will be highly likely to have a lot of loose skin leftover.  You should certainly calculate your BMI/BSA and see where you are -- BMI over 30 is higher risk of having complications (such as infection, blood clots, healing issues, etc) during and after surgery.  Your...

Unfortunately there is no reversal for Botox--you have to wait until it wears off which on average takes 3-4 months.  If your brows have dropped after too high a dosage placed in the forehead, it's possible to improve it with a few units below the brow (Botox brow lift) to balance out the muscle function.  It is important to research your providers and make sure they are board certified plastic surgeons or dermatologists (by the American Board of Plastic Surgery or Dermatology ONLY).  Good luck!

You are likely a candidate for undereye treatments - most often filler injections to this area will improve/correct your complaints.  Sometimes this is combined with laser treatments to tighten the skin laxity here which certainly will exacerbate volume deficits.  Make sure to consult with board-certified plastic surgeons or dermatologists for best recommendations.  Good luck!

Rest assured at this early postoperative time point you certainly still have swelling present.  You can see swelling persist for 2-3 months and final tightening results can take even longer - upwards of 6-9 months.  Give yourself some time and follow your surgeon's recommendations for postoperative care (e.g. compression, elevation, lymphatic massage).  Good luck!

If your dermatologist has determined this is a benign skin lesion, you could consider removal for cosmetic purposes.  Your dermatologist is correct that excision will leave a scar but it may be possible to hide the scar to make it minimally perceptible.  Make sure to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon for best recommendations.  Good luck!
