Although it is uncommon for insurance companies to cover breast lifts and implants, some will cover correction of congenital deformities. It may be worthwhile to look into this option. There should be no issue or significant risk to reduce an E cup to a C cup. Any subtle change in pain and volume of one augmented breast should be looked at by a qualified plastic surgeon. Although there may be nothing wrong, there is a possibility of scar tissue formation (capsular contracture), implant failure, or a breast issue unrelated to the implant.
