Compression Garments have not been scientifically proven to enhance liposuction results.  Many talented board certified plastic surgeons do not use garments.Your surgeon may have a good reason for not using a garment with you.The garments may cause additional pressure on the skin which may lead to breakdown.Laser liposuction adds a thermal component to break up the fat and may contribute to skin compromise.

Symmastia can occur when large implants are placed in patients with small breasts.  Breast stabilizers can be purchased to try and prevent symmastia.  The stabilizers maintain the breast implants in position to allow the pockets to heal and prevent further movement of the implants medially.

Nipple crater after gynecomastia surgery. Is there a way to fix it permanently?

There are options to correct or improve on this situation. Loss of volume behind the nipple can be restored with fat grafting. You also look like you have some excess skin. Removal of excess skin will improve the contour but may leave visible scars.I recommend getting a second opinion by a board certified plastic surgeon in your area that ideally does a lot of gynecomastia operations and is comfortable with fat grafting techniques.
Puffy nipples some times only for few seconds nipples are fit. Any suggestions?

The nipple has smooth muscle cells which contract with cold and stimulation. Warm usually relaxes the smooth muscle tissue and the areola widens or seems more puffy. The breast, nipple or areola tissue can all be reduced with surgery.Make an appointment with a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon in your area.

Pharmacies sell both gel or solid sheets over the counter without a prescription. I have seen Johnson & Johnson brand for solid sheeting as well as Scar guard at our local pharmacy as well as generic brands.Some solid silicone sheets can be purchased at a medical supply store and some insurances will cover silicone gel sheeting.On line, Scarfade, NewGel or Scar guard are liquid or gel versions that can be purchased.

I would try calling a board certified plastic surgeon in your area and make an appointment. Some offices will charge a fee for evaluation and/or treatment if there is a seroma, so it may be helpful to ask in advance.

I would make an appointment and talk with your Obstetrician. Most patients who have had a tummy tuck and then get pregnant would be categorized as a high risk pregnancy. They should be monitored closely to make sure the baby is developing normally and not experiencing increase pressure as it theoretically maybe more difficult for the abdominal wall to expand. Post-Inflammatory hyperpigmentation can occur with trauma to the skin. Stop using the bandaids. An ace wrap or compression vest will safely help prevent embarrassment as well as further hyperpigmentation. Topical skin care may lighten the dark areas. We use ZO Skin Care in the office.

Scarring is maximum at 6-8 weeks after surgery and usually the area will begin to relax at that time. Aggressive stretching may put tension on your scar and may widen it. I'd suggest calling your surgeon for postoperative advice.

Large implants can cause discomfort under the pectoralis muscle depending on the size and your activity level.If your implants are causing discomfort, they are not working for you. You may benefit from removing the submuscular implants alone, or consider placing smaller ones under the breasts.

Mastopexy or breast lift is considered a cosmetic procedure and is not covered by insurance. The only time I have seen coverage for a mastopexy is to improve symmetry to the opposite breast after breast cancer treatment.
