While it is possible for your surgeon to remove too much from one side ,it is more likely that any changes you are seeing is related to post op selling.    Give it a few  more months

Scars take many months to mature and loose their erythema. This can vary from patient to patient. I would give it a few more months then ask your surgeon for advice.

This may be due to poor drainage . I would recommend that you have your surgeon look at this area for consideration of revision. Alternatively, it could be related to something completely unrelated to the surgery.  Exam by your surgeon should give to you the answer.

Generally, it is best to limit surgery time to 5-6 hrs. I feel that the combination of surgeries would exceed that time limit.    Also, commonly, a facelift could be done under sedation without general anesthesia. So this would be a good choice to do at a later time.

It appears from the photograph that you have a slightly droopy right upper lid. The lid position is related to the underlying muscle strength. If it has been more than 6 weeks after surgery, ask your surgeon about options to raise the right upper lid.

It should not be your implant leaking but a wound healing issue. What you see is the fluid that collects after surgery. Please see your surgeon soon for wound assessment. Thanks

I would recommend applying antibiotic ointment and not much else until you see your surgeon. It should be fine.
