Thank you for your question. The best answer for you is to consult with the plastic surgeon who is performing your upcoming surgery. There are certain medications/ supplements/ herbals that you should avoid for a week or two prior to surgery. Additionally, your plastic surgeon may have a protocol that is preferred. So, it is always best to consult with your surgeon or surgeon's nurse.

Thank you for your question and photos. You do not appear to have tubular breasts, however, you need an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon and exam to determine if your breasts are tubular and discuss surgical options.
Your breasts are ptotic, which can be improved with a breast lift (mastopexy) either with or without a breast implant. I suggest that you consult with board certified plastic surgeons to discuss your options.

Pre-operative photos would be helpful in determining to what degree you had asymmetry (if any) prior to your surgery. Hello:Good question. With a traditional tummy tuck, your belly button is not removed and replaced. Your skin is simply redraped over your belly button and an incision is made creating a new opening for your belly button. I hope this answers your question. With that being said, judging by your photos you should have a nice result from the tummy tuck procedure. I suggest that you get to your goal weight prior to your surgery to yield the best results.

Based on your photos it appears that your nipple falls below your inframammary fold and you have significant breast ptosis so a Mastopexy with a breast augmentation should provide you with a nice result. If you do not have the lift and only have an augmentation you will likely not be pleased with your results.
