Great question. It does not appear that you would need a lift after removal of your implants, as your nipples and areola are in a good position. I would recommend you consider fat grafting at the time of explant - it also depends on how much volume you actually want in terms of breast size as well. Hope that answers your question!

Great question and good for you for doing your homework! You actually could do a breast augmentation alone with a dual plane. Your nipples are right at the level of your fold so you don't necessarily NEED a lift. Also you have pretty noticeable asymmetry so you may benefit from different size implants as well. Great question! So first off, you don't HAVE to have a TT. There are several reasons why it might be something to consider.
1. With some of the overhang and excess skin, just having liposuction and fat transfer to the buttocks (BBL) will give you more overhang and more excess skin over your abdomen.
