Thank you for your question. I recommend seeing a doctor to gt your anemia treated. In the meantime, you can try to lose weight with little or no exercise, which will work, but you will have to start burning the fat stores in your body for energy instead of food. I would recommend limiting your intake of all carbohydrates to 20 grams or less and eating meals primarily comprised of lean cuts of meat and leafy greens.

Thank you for your question. Without knowing your height it is difficult to gauge what your target weight should be. Do not stop walking. It’s so easy to get discouraged during weight loss because the first 20 pounds melt off with very little effort. Great Question! I recommend waiting until your infeciton clears up prior to having Dysport injected anywhere on the face. Dysport can affect the muscles that allow you to breathe. I recommend seeing a dermatologist for a prescription medication to rid you of your acne once and for all. Once it is completely under control, I recommend you invest in Fraxel Laser treatments, at least 2, to rid your skin of the acne scars, and to shrink your pores, preventing acne from coming back.
