You can also see a dietician or a bariatric surgeon to help with these options. Some plastic surgeons also do offer weight loss and that may be your best option with your history of liposuction.

Yes, this would work. Biggest advantage is repurposing your fat with the BBL in stage one and then you may only need a mini-tummy tuck at the second stage depending if the skin shrinks. The down-time will also be less for the first stage.

From comparing the wish pics to the result you wanted, it looks like the implants are too high. I assume these implants were placed under the muscle. One option to fix it is to release the capsule and probably some more of the medial muscle to allow the implants to fall into the look you wanted. Another option is to put the implants above the muscle so they can give the rounded look of your wish pics. Hope this helps!

360 Lipo with arms and a BBL is going to require 6 weeks of healing. You also want to avoid pressure on the buttock for that amount of time to allow the maximum fat to stay. If you get the surgery too soon, it may be hard to find a good position to sleep in. I would recommend 6-8 weeks depending on how the healing process goes for the first surgery. No need to rush into a possible complication.

From the photos alone, Liposuction with a skin tightening modality (Bodytite or Vaser) would help get you the best result depending on your ultimate goal. If you would want more definition of the abdomen then etching of the lines would be the way to go!

Liposuction will remove the fat and tighten the skin a little bit. The area of concern of the back rolls(multiple) may not all go away with the treatment you have selected. The best option for those may be a bra-line back lift. This all comes down to what you would want as the ultimate outcome.

The more important question is the reason for the myomectomy. If it is for heavy periods and bleeding then it would be best to do the myomectomy first since with the heavy periods it depletes your body of nutrients for healing. Also, the scar from the myomectomy may be used for access ports for the lipo 360 and if there is a pooch after the myomectomy then it can be addressed at the same time!

You will appear slimmer in general in a garment and in clothes. The only part I may question is the excess skin that you will be left with from the liposuction of the tummy and if you have a separation of the muscles. Without examining how much skin you can pinch from the tummy, I am not sure if liposuction alone is the best possible treatment for you to get to the result you expect. You can get the operative report to make sure both are 400 cc implants(which I would think they would be). You can also check the implant card.
I think what you are noticing is the details of nipple position and the bottom border of the breast (IMF fold). If you look at the preop photos you will notice your left nipple was slightly higher and the breast tissue you have on each breast is different (95% of women). Implants of the same size will only magnify the difference between the two...

The bump looks like it is at the edge of the incision. It depends if you are having a reaction to the suture that was used and getting irritation at the edge of it. I would have your surgeon see if you have a suture granuloma and if so they can remove the suture... Best of luck!

Yes, you can! Breast implants under your muscle would be the best option because it doesn't look like you have much tissue at the top of your breasts.
