These include a research fellowship at Harvard Medical School/Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, a plastic surgery fellowship at Tulane University in New Orleans, and microsurgery and Asian plastic surgery fellowships in Taiwan. In New Orleans, Dr. Liu also trained under the world-renowned cosmetic and plastic surgeon Dr. Gustavo Colon, a former president of the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.

This is a difficult question to answer without knowing your aesthetic goals.
The key to answering your question depends on how large you want to go with a breast augmentation. If you go large enough, you may not need a breast lift. From just looking at your pictures, the sack and deflation in your breast is not too bad. Your nipple position is in a relatively good position, but your Bruster just deflated. Simply augmenting your breasts with silicone implants would fill them out again and left them at the same time.
