An upper Blepharoplasty is a procedure that I often do under local anesthesia in my office. I think you could really do this anytime depending on what you want to achieve. You can combine with skin tightening such as laser resurfacing, chemical peel, or event topical treatments for you lower lids. This would make a noticeable difference and likely ge the results you are looking for.

Hello. The answer can be difficult to tell from photos alone. A mini ambominoplasty will not address skin laxity and muscle laxity above the umbilicus. I seee that you have a good amount of loose ski man and stretch marks. A full tummy tuck may be a better operation to achieve the flattest abdomen possible. However, the answer depends on your Tissue quality and what you want To achieve. Best to speak to a plastic surgeon in person to discuss these options.

This is a common question from any prospective patient. Implant sizing is based on the width of your chest. You need to match the base width of your breast as closely as possible to have the implant centered on your chest wall. It’s difficult to tell exactly from photographs in this case. In your pre-op photos, it’s looks like you have a mild right tuberous breast. Essentially the right breast fold is higher and the lower pole tissue is tighter. This needs to be addressed in surgery. Hello. There is no feasible way to change the distance between your eyes. This is related to the bone structure of your face. However, lowering the nasal dorsum during a rhinoplasty will change the appearance of the distance between your eyes. The answer always depends on your goals for the surgery and factors such as skin quality and elasticity. Liposuction alone with definitely slim your trunk and waist but will not address any laxity of your abdominal wall you may also be left with loose skin. However, some patients feels it’s a reasonable trade-off for limited scars. Insiggest speaking with your surgeon in detail about the benefits of each approach.

I do think you ar me a candidate for a rhinoplasty. I agree that you have a nice, natural nose to begin with. However, I notice some deviation of the dorsum and the moderate bulbous tip that you mentioned. I think you could straighten out your dorsum, narrow the middle and bony vault, and refine the tip with an open rhinoplasty. I would shy away from a lip lift and suggest filler in your case. The lip lift does leave a permanent scar, and your upper lip length is already on the shorter side....

I do think you are a good candidate for a rhinoplasty. To my eye, I would lower your dorsum and take care of the small hump. I would support and elevate your dropping nasal tip and add a small Supra-tip break. My preferred technique is open rhinoplasty. I suggest seeing a board certified plastic surgeon for a consultation. Unfortunately, that may be difficult to predict. The important issue is to determine why your stomach is bulging. If you have steady had the fibroids excised, there may be residual swelling or laxity of the abdominal wall. Some of this should resolve with time. I would wait at least 6 months or more following fibroid surgery and then re-assess. Continue exercising with core strengthening. This always helps. Good luck!

You seem to have adequate breast tissue if you choose modest-sized implants.   your goals seem reasonable and should be easily achievable.   I would recommend a dual plane approach with a scar in the breast fold.   good luck!

This is the question most patients have.  The answer depends on your overall goals and limitations. A tummy tuck is a much better procedure overall for you based on the  amount of skin excess and laxity of the abdominal wall. Liposuction alone does not address these issues.   Liposuction alone may slim you down considerably but leave loose skin and the protuberance of the muscle separation.   it’s best to see a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options .   Good luck!

A breast lift alone should improve the shape and position of your breasts on your chest. This will most likely make them feel a bit larger. Adding a small amount of fat grafting is possible and may help with fullness.   however, you may need more than one session of fat grafting since the volume that can be safely and reliably transferred in one sitting is limited.   I recommend seeing a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your options. It’s important to realize that some degree of asymmetry is the rule rather than the exception.   That said, your concerns would be addressed well with an injectable HA filler such as Restylane or Juvederm. It may be possible to limit the scar to around the areola when performing an augmentation-mastopexy. However, there is a trade-off to this approach. Reducing the areola diameter too Much will result in flattening of the breast and losss of projection. The vertical scar with cone the breast and restore a natural shape. I understand the desire for limited access scars; however, you may not want to sacrifice shape and projection as this will be much more noticeable in the Long run. Best of luck.
