I recommend fat transfer from the abdomen, hips or thighs to the nasal region. You will get smoothing of contour irregularities with fat tissue that has a high concentration of stem cells which will contribute to regeneration of brand-new skin. I do a lot of this in my practice and we have very high satisfaction rate with the continuing improvement of the quality and texture and color of the skin through the years.

Tummy Tuck is the way to go!
