I was curious if you thought I had a weak chin?

Ideally your chin projection should be in line with your lower lip if you were to drop a line. In the picture on the right is is hard to tell because your head is slightly tilted. But on the on the profile view it appears your chin may be slightly retruded. You have options to augment your chin, such as filler or an implant.
Can anything be done about my pronounced nasolabial folds (in my mid 30s)?

The best treatment for the folds are the fillers because they will smoothen out the difference in volume. For the folds peels will not work there. Peels are good for fine wrinkles. They cannot smoothen the difference in volume. For the 11 in between you eyes, botox or a nueromodulator like xeomin or juveau or good. They paralyze the muscle that causes the 11 and will help soften it over multiple treatment sessions.
Which type of filler is suitable for my under eye and laugh lines?

Filler under the eye is an off label use. Typically physicians will use a thin product because the skin there is thin and you do not want to create a tyndall affect where the filler is placed superficially. Thin products including volbella and belotero experience matters alot for under eye filler. All of them will last about one year. You will probably need another syringe for laugh lines.
Fillers for hollow temples at 19 and would there be any real change?

Filler can help hollow temples. Typically it is seen in older patients but an also be placed in younger patients as long as you are healthy. HAve you had any sudden changes in your weight. It would be key to look into that more and how long have you noticed the hollow temples for? But fillers can be used to add to that area and they can tend to last longer in the temples.
I am 43 and would like to get the liquid facelift would I be a good candidate for it?

This can soften the shadows and give the face a more youthful appearance. Filler can also camouflage jowls by placing it around the jowl. It does not get rid of the jowl but camouflages it.
