It is not uncommon to have issues with rib cartilage positioning after dorsal augmentation rhinoplasty. Fillers can be very dramatic and useful in some noses, but with your nasal tip will only accentuate the fullness and will not reliably give you the definition that you are looking for in your nasal tip.
