This 49-year-old man came for a consultation with Dr. Romanelli to discuss Gynecomastia, or male breast reduction. Enlargement of the male breast known as "gynecomastia" is most often a combination of both glandular tissue and extra fatty tissue. Dr. Romanelli performed both liposuction and a surgical excision of this excess tissue to achieve his desired results. The patient surgery took about two hours, he wore a surgical vest for about 10 days and required just a small amount of pain medication. His postoperative photographs show a great improvement.
