The first few days is too early to tell if the lips are asymmetric after injection with filler. Your lip swelling will resolve in a few days to one week. If the asymmetry is still present, this can easily be corrected by your injector. Repeated application of ice over the next 24 hours will help reduced the swelling as will sleeping on a few pillows to help keep your head more upright. Good Luck!

This most likely represents a seroma, that can be easily drained in the office with just a small needle. This is quite common after the procedure, and if attended to right away will not damage the final results.

You look like an excellent candidate for a tummy tuck, but from the pictures you do not look like you have enough fat for a bbl. Since you absorb a portion of the fat that you inject, you need to overinject the site at the initial surgery, and often need more fat than you look like you have.

It is quite safe to fly with saline or silicone implants. There is no risk of rupture with either flying or even deep sea diving. I have had one patient whose implants ruptured with a high velocity direct impact with automobile airbags, but the ususal cause of rupture of breast implants is usual wear and tear of the implant. You should be very proud of yourself for the weight loss! A C-section will not interfer with a tummy tuck and the incision is often incorporated into the tummy tuck incision.
