These are healthy, normal veins. Sclerotherapy is only needed if the veins are diseased, damaged, and causing symptoms.

You state that you had one round of Pico laser with no result; however you need at least 3 treatments with any machine to see a difference. Another treatment to consider is RF energy. IPL is an excellent treatment for sun spots and age spots on the skin. It uses intense pulsed light and feels hot like a sunburn. Cold ultrasound gel is applied before, during, and after treatment. There is no down time to the treatment. You may need at least 3 treatments one month apart.
