The answer is yes a mini tummy tuck can ultimately be redone as a full tummy tuck. It is best to follow up with a board certified plastic surgeon who can perform an in person consultation and evaluate your abdomen and skin laxity to determine if you are a good candidate for this.

Thank you for your question. You are still early in the healing process. The boxiness is normal at this stage for the type of reduction you had which is dependent on the skin envelope to hold the breast together. This will soften over time and the bottom of your breasts should round out. 
I have a naturally occurring “double bubble” in my breasts. Is this common?

 thank you for your question. this is a question best reserved for whoever did your surgery.  I usually allow my patients to get spray tanned after 6 weeks.  I never recommend tanning in a tanning bed as the exposure to ultraviolet radiation can lead to hyperpigmentation of your scars.  Hope this helps.

Thank you for your photo and question.  Based on your photos year nipple areola complexes do appear to be somewhat high.  You should speak to your operative surgeon about this.  Sometimes revisions can be performed after 3-6 months to correct this.
