I am so sorry for what you are going through.  Many of us women sympathize with you as this is such a common problem.  The type of urinary incontinence you are describing is related to urinary urgency which will not be fixed with vaginoplasty.  Vaginoplasty will tighten your vagina but not help at all with urinary urgency causing incontinence. If you want a vaginoplasty in order to tighten your vagina then surgery is the right option.  If its to fix incontience it would be the wrong trea…

Thank you for asking your questions.  Pelvic floor dysfunction can affect women of all ages and it usually starts just as you are describing it.  Of course age, pregnancy and vaginal deliveries can cause or worsen stress urinary incontinence, however some women are unfortunatly more prone at a young age based on their fascia and muscle characteristics. In your case, it would be very helpful to have pelvic floor physical therapy done because the problem will only worsen.  Physical ther…
