Inverted nipples do sometimes get worse after reduction and i would not consider that a complication. It would be a simple office procedure under local anesthesia to finish your breast makeover and correct your inverted nipples. Hello - Sorry to hear about your fall and your health problems. If you've noticed a change in volume, it's likely that your saline implant(s) could have leaked. This is not a health concern. However, if you're having breast pain, you may want to consider having your implants removed. This is usually a simple matter under local anesthesia. I would tend to agree that having them replaced at this time, given your health issues, may not be the best answer.Best wishes-

Occasionally i will have patients who choose to have some sedation, but general anesthesia is uncommon in my practice. The most important thing is for you to choose a surgeon who has significant labiaplasty experience and who makes you feel comfortable and confident. It is definitely reasonable to request your implant information and in fact your surgeon should give this to you without being asked. The rest of the information contained in the packaging is probably not particularly helpful or important, but both implant types available in Canada (Allergan and Mentor) come with stickers (serial #, etc)  and cards that the surgeon should give to you. If yes, then your breast reduction needs to be done very carefully and conservatively on the radiated side in order to avoid complications.
