In our practice, botox to treat forehead wrinkles is commonly added on to all types of surgery, including facelift, breast reduction, tummy tucks, and even breast implants.
It is safe to do, but I would definitely ask you plastic surgeon first, and have them do the botox treatment.

Either saline or silicone are safe and have a very high patient satisfaction rate. The newer structured saline implants ( IDEAL) are bit softer and patients I have treated love them. They do not seem to ripple like the other saline implants and have a very low complication rate-- same as silicone.
Silicone implants are safe, feel very natural as well. More of my patients choose them for their softness and long track record of safety and great outcomes.

It is helpful that you included photos of what you think is ideal- as that helps define the changes you want. However, it is never possible to make someones nose exactly like some one elses-- the skin, cartilage and structure of each individual are unique.
