Voluma should not move after it settles. Voluma is a thick, tacky product that acts like scaffolding to lift the cheek. Once placed, it can be immediately molded but after that, doesn’t move much.

I recommend treatment with Botox every 3-4 months. It does not need to wear off completely before treating. Adding more Botox now would not be additive to your last treatment.

Bruising and swelling are a common complication with lip augmentation, but the lumps in your photo are more than what we expect to see.  The filler can take 6-8 months to dissipate. I recommend returning to see your physician injector now. Some of the product may need to be dissolved.

Thank you for your question. It sounds like you will need treatment with more than one laser to address all of your concerns. I often use needle hyfrecation to treat the seborrheic keratoses, fractionated CO2 laser to treat sun damage and large pores, and the pulsed dye laser to treat broken capillaries. I recommend consultation with a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon with an expertise in laser surgery.
