We seem to be quite deep wrinkles at rest. That you’re very young age I would recommend a combination of Botox and possibly contour facial resurfacing done by a professional. The downtime would be about seven days but the results will be permanent. Hope this was helpful.

I am assuming that the lid improved after four months before you placed the Botox again. If that is the case then the Botox is simply being placed inappropriately. If it never resolved after four months it is most likely not the Botox. If you do not feel comfortable with what your provider is saying that of course a second opinion is always reasonable. First, congratulations on being a cancer survivor. Secondly, yes, treat yourself to some Botox. It does not affect cell reproduction. It is a neuromodulator that stops muscles from contracting and is not a permanent reaction. It usually can wear off in 8-12 weeks. Hope this was helpful!

You do not need to stop the antibiotic for BBL. As per guidelines set by Dr. Bitter, you can safely treat while on these medications if you 1. Tell your doctor you are on them prior to procedures so they can adjust the settings and 2. Go to a qualified laser treatment center. Hope this was helpful. Good luck!

If it is your first time using Botox it is usually a trial of doses to find how much you will need. It is not unusual especially with glabellar area to need a touch up 3-4 weeks later. Because you have deep lines at rest the Botox May prevent movement to worsen the lines but you may need to consider a laser contour resurfacing over the wrinkles to “erase” them more permanently. Hello, there are reversal agents such as hyaluronidase that can be injected to remove the Voluma in that area. You can contact your injector to see about doing that. Note that the hyaluronidase not only removes the hyaluronic acid from the area injected with Voluma but also any natural hyaluronic acid in that area so make sure you go to a qualified physician.
