Diana, thank you for sharing your photos. From your photos I don't see any signs of abdominal flaccidity or diastasis recti. You appear to have normal torso and I would not describe the small roll on your lower abdomen as a pannus. I think you are a good candidate for a good result with Laser Liposuction. Thank you for sharing your photos. From your photos it looks like you are a good candidate for Laser Assisted Liposuction. Laser Lipo to your abdomen and flanks can give you a nice improvement to your waistline and more definition. The cost is comparable to CoolSculpting but the results are more reliable. Coolsculpting often does not work and can occasionally cause paradoxical adipose hyperplasia PAH. The Coolsculpting company would like people to believe that PAH is a rare occurrence...

However if you continue to lose weight your belly size may decrease to the point that you could get a good result from Laser Liposuction. Wishing you the best of health.

Low body fat and aging both make your veins more prominent. We often treat hand veins with sclerotherapy, which removes them. However, we don't recommend treating or removing veins from your arms as they are needed for blood draws and medical procedures.

Monycee Thank you for sharing your photos. I can see from the photo that you have prominent platysmal bands and necklace rolls. The most comprehensive treatment for this would be a neck lift, but that would be very invasive. The non invasive transdermal skin tightening like Thermage / Ulthera/ and others really dont work or hardly work for a tiny change. You should consider a FaceTite or Renuvion skin tightening on your neck which will help some with the necklace rolls. A better option...
