Biography: In 2009 I attended the National Laser Institute located in Scottsdale, AZ; the nation’s premier medical aesthetics training center. There I studied laser and light based therapies, chemical peels as well as micro-dermabrasion.
In addition to my laser training I decided to further my skillset and obtain my aesthetician license. It was at this time I attended The Aveda Institute in Minneapolis, MN; a leader in the beauty industry. At Aveda I practiced aesthetics and was introduced to the body wellness philosophy of Ayurveda.
Since my graduation from Aveda, I’ve practiced aesthetics in both spa and medical settings. In these settings I’ve utilized industry leading technology, and trained on various aesthetic and medical grade product lines.
Educating clients on improving skin health is one of my favorite aspects of my job. Whether this is mapping out treatment plans, constructing home care regimens, or ideally both, I find it rewarding helping others reach their skincare goals.
