You can optimize your personal experience by exfoliating while using antibacterial soap with each shower. Avoid using lotions in the area as well. Hello and thanks for your inquiry. A septate hymen can be surgically corrected. The pain is minimal to low moderate and typically addressed with local hygiene and non steroidal medications, like ibuprofen. The cost can vary based on extent and findings on physical exam. Typically, a repair of a vaginal septum innour practice would range from$1500 to $2500.

Ideally, you should take Valtrex or a antiviral prophylaxis (a medicine meant to avoid an outbreak) just before your femilift procedure to avoid an outbreak at the time.
