Unfortunately, many women have this difficiltya lot of it is relaxation and feeling good about yourself, in terms of appearance and also confidence.i can say that some women do feel better about themselves after labiaplasty, where the inner lips, the labiae minora are trimmed shorteras for orgasm, we can do treatments of your own blood plasma into your clitoris and g spot. This may help grow new circulation and nerve endings i think also, a sex therapist would be beneficial

This looks like a mixed infection of bacteria and candida I would start some oral antibiotics and take diflucan as well

Looks like lateral skin was removed with intention of lifting the clitoral hood, with purpose of this being, easier clitoral stimulation.maybe dissection and skin removal was too low in relation to the clitoris this could only be resolved with another surgery and I would wait at least three months after this surgerythose sutures should be removed

This does look infected. That being said, it's impossible to make a reliable diagnosis without a physical exam. I would try to start taking a week long regimen of oral antibiotics ASAP and if possible, have any sutures, removed, that are in the infected area carboxy therapy if you have access would help bring more circulation to the area and speed healing
